.Bath Artist Studios are hosting a professional development seminar for artists designers and creative practitioners. This inspirational day will combine coaching for success with business strategies to help you develop a successful, sustainable career plan.

Effective communication and presentation of your work are key elements in developing a successful career. The aims of the day are two-fold: to increase your skills and self-confidence in the areas of presenting your work, and self presentation in a verity of context.

Approaching galleries and finding opportunities to exhibit and sell your work can prove challenging. We will explore strategies to assist with identifying opportunities and establishing contact within the art world and connecting with clients and collectors

We will cover the practical issues of preparing and presenting your Portfolio, CV and Artist Profile, as well as the most effective ways of making applications and proposals.

Preparing for successful interviews and using a various styles of communication to suit different audiences.

There will also be a presentation and talk by artist Fabrizia Bazzo. The seminar will also encourage and allow time for interaction between participant to share and exchange ideas and experiences
