South West Screen's Audience Development Lottery Fund Opens
South West Screen’s Lottery fund for Audience Development projects is now open for applications.
South West Screen is one of the seven regional screen agencies outside London currently working together to reform into Creative England, the new body which will support the growth of the creative industries, covering content industries of Film, Television, Games, and Digital and Creative Services.
Until Creative England is up and running from October 2011, and the national review of Film Policy has been completed by Government and the BFI, we are advertising six months’ interim audience development funding for the start of 2011/2012. (Funds to support Talent Development projects will be announced later in the year.)
Under the Audience Development Fund we look to support projects of strategic importance from exhibition venues, moving image festivals and screen heritage organisations based in the region which start after 1 April 2011 and run for no more than 18 months.
