Bath Comedy Festival to Take Place Again in 2010 Dates confirmed as 1st - 11th April.

Back by popular demand, the Bath Comedy Festival is to take place again in 2010 with the dates confirmed as 1st-11th April.

After the great success of the inaugural event in 2009 and after much support from individuals and businesses throughout the city, it has been decided to repeat the event in 2010.

As Alex Timms, organiser of the ground-breaking Festival, explains: "It was always our dream to create an annual event and we are delighted to be able to stage the Bath Comedy Festival again next year.

The event will begin again on April Fools Day and will last over two weekends as in 2009." Although it is still early days and plans are still being finalised, the Festival will take place again in venues across the city, there will be events for all ages and there will be a wonderful variety of street theatre, stand-up and other forms of comedy being performed - some of it for free!
