Overview
NextGen is a showcase for Next Generation broadband activity - enabling a wider understanding of digital network investment as the essential foundation for local economic growth and innovation
The Competition organisers have extended it until the end of October meaning that there is still time to enter.
NextGen Challenge is your chance to highlight achievements in developing and deploying better broadband. Entry is FREE of charge.
The competition is technology neutral and will be independently judged.
The UK finalists and honours winners will be announced at the prestigious NextGen 11 Conference dinner in Bristol on 15 November 2011.
This is your opportunity to gain national recognition for your endeavours.
There are 3 entry categories:
1) Innovative funding solutions: examples of challenge and achievements in assembling and managing the financial resources needed to deploy advanced digital access networks.
2) Rural leadership and community development: examples of individuals or teams working to bring communities together to deliver local access network projects in 'hard to reach' areas.
3) Collaborative advantage: a category for exceptional endeavour in developing multi-party public/private collaboration to plan, deliver or manage locally sustainable deployments.
Online registration and entry is simple - it requires just three paragraphs summarizing your Challenge, your Solution and your Achievement.
Entry is FREE of charge - Enter Here. Registration closes on 14 October 2011.
