One day Workshop Skills Course

Overview

Date: 30th March 2012 9.30-4.30
Venue:Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institute on Queens Square.
 
For craft makers/artists/artisan businesses who wish to run workshops.
 

As this is a pilot course, there is just a nominal fee of £25 to cover course materials.

 
This course is in 3 parts. Firstly we look at the practicalities of running a workshop: promotion, materials, health and safety, insurance etc.
 
We then go on to consider your customers and how they learn. We will look at practical applications of learning theory, so that you can understand how people process infomation and respond accordingly.
 
Finally we will focus on you and your presentation skills, so that you know that you are coming across at your best.
