Steph has worked in media for over 15 years, starting her career at international publisher, Future, running major outdoor events. This was followed by a communications and community engagement role for local authority; Wiltshire Council.
Steph joined bath-based publisher and event organiser, MediaClash in 2016 and developed its b2b events program, taking in the role of managing director in 2021.
Steph has a passion for nurturing young talent and supports many students via Creative Bath through mentoring, work experience and presentations.
