Responsible to:  The snr production team / director of Suited and Booted Studios CIC

Location:                               Central Bath

Hours:                                    8hrs per day

Salary:                                    £10 per hr

Induction date:                    19th December 2018

Start date:                           3rd Jan 2019

End date:                               8th Feb 2019

At Suited and Booted Studios we offer a full in-house moving image production service for a wide range of sectors including corporate videos, branded content, internal communications, advertising and marketing.

Established for over 18 years we are based in the heart of Bath. As a company we are constantly evolving and growing. Our dedicated team offers a friendly and supportive environment to work in and we are looking for an office / production administrator to cover a period of staff leave during Jan 2019. 

You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be extremely IT literate and familiar with word & excel.

You will be a quick learner with a friendly manner.  Within this role you will often be the first point of contact for a client and we always like to make a good impression.

You will be able to work well under pressure, to a deadline and use your own initiative to make things happen.  

It would be an advantage if you have some production co-ordination experience.

As an Office / production administrator your key responsibilities will include:

Day to day office administration including (but not exclusively) answering phone and email enquiries, answering the door and welcoming visitors.

House management which includes ensuring the office environment is clean, tidy and fit for work, ensuring the office is well stocked and has all it needs to function smoothly in terms of office supplies ie stationary / tea / coffee / toilet roll etc

Working alongside & liaise with internal and external staff particularly the production coordinator.

Working alongside & liaise with clients, including phone calls, meetings and emails.

Working with production coordinator and producers to ensure the smooth delivery of productions.

Assisting with the coordination shoots including:  liaising with clients, coordinating all necessary crew / kit / actors / locations for the productions & booking travel and accommodation for crew.

Writing production schedules and call sheets.

Petty cash reconciliation.

Ensuring the production management tools used by the organization are up to date at all times.

Ensuring that the administration and production management systems within the organization are up-to-date in terms of practice and industry standards.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

You must have at least 1 years administration experience.
You need to have good written and verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
