You’ll be responsible for helping deliver Pure Planet’s user experience - attractive, new and enhanced energy-related propositions to our growing Membership through our web and app.
You’ll work at all points of the customer user experience life-cycle: researching, scoping, developing, designing and delivering new propositions to market.
You’ll be able to clearly articulate plans for our new products and services to others, as well as be able to map these in detail to our digital platforms. You’ll be good at communicating using logic, words and pictures.
You’ll have a comprehensive knowledge and experience of UX and UI design.
You’ll work closely with, and support, our User Experience Manager - alongside others in our Sales & Marketing team - to translate product innovation into class-leading customer journeys in our app and online, ensuring our propositions are easy and exciting to use across our digital environments.
You’ll be comfortable helping to deliver regulated products and services, as well as cutting-edge innovations.
Main responsibilities include:
developing and delivering new and exceptional sustainable energy-related customer experiences for our Members, which also attract new consumer audiences;
improving and enhancing our existing and new-product app and online experiences;
maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Pure Planet’s product and purpose, as well as those of competitors.
As part of our marketing team, you’ll work with our member services, technology, app and website development teams. You’ll report to our User Experience Manager, who has responsibility for ensuring a great digital experience for our growing Membership.

You’ll be joining Pure Planet at an early stage; many exciting developments are planned and the role may evolve into new areas. You’ll be able to adapt to change and love doing things differently.
You’ll have good market acumen, understand energy, householders and what appeals to consumers.
At least two years experience in a UX role.
a flexible approach, require minimal supervision, and have the ability to multitask and prioritise between different stakeholders;
a proven track record in consumer marketing;
experience of successfully delivering user experiences for new products or services
the ability to suggest and deliver exciting new enhancements for our Members and for new audiences;
working familiarity with design and project management tools;
You’ll be passionate about Pure Planet’s sustainable purpose, be able to work
confidently, collaboratively and be self-motivated.
