We're looking for an Account Executive or an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge.

You will have will have previously worked in an agency or a client facing business and have an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to follow a job through, focus on the detail and work closely with our Account Managers who take the lead on client solutions. If you enjoy getting a job done and doing it well then we'd love to hear from you. In return you will receive a competitive salary and a great bunch of people to work with. Who we are

We’re a busy studio in Frome with a small client services team, production office, logistics and management.

We design and manufacture bags , fabric packaging and other products for our Global Client base.

We work with some of the worlds leading brands and creative agencies.

We have production facilities in the UK and far east, manufacturing products on behalf of our clients in retail, corporates and events.

Job brief

We’re looking for a high-energy person who is committed to going over and above to deliver solutions, coordinate our client services team and love our clients as well as adding a huge amount of gusto and experience to complement our existing small team. 

Your role will include

  • You will be client-facing and able to communicate on the phone, video and by email.
  • You will receive a client brief and find a good production solution.
  • You will manage a project from concept, production and delivery maintaining accountability for each stage.
  • You will respond to new enquiries from clients and help match their enquiry with a solution or service.
  • You will prepare pricing and proposals for new clients.
  • You will build relationships with clients and become a trusted partner to their company.
  • You will be responsible for your own project administration and coordination with your client, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • You will be part of a small team who all play an important role in the business.
  • Your ideas will be welcomed, and you will be encouraged to offer input on all aspects of projects, clients, websites and marketing collateral.
  • You may be required to visit clients, trade show and suppliers either solo or part of the team.

In this role, you will liaise with your colleagues and suppliers to manage the whole customer experience.

This position may include occasional travel to visit clients, Suppliers and trade shows.

Responsibilities 

  • Work with the Account Managers and respond to new client enquiries.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects according to client delivery dates.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of all client jobs in production meetings.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a commercial focus.

Requirements

  • Happy positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Adminsitrator in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent, listening and negotiating skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Some experience with CRM software and MS Office. Training will be given.

Desirable

  • Some experience of working in a commercial office environment is advantageous.
