We need an experienced operations manager to play an instrumental part in the day-to-day smooth-running of our company. You will co-ordinate our busy project roster and assist the project teams in delivering great results for our clients. You will be key to maintaining best practice across our organisation both internally and with all our key client relationships. You will be a naturally confident communicator with a passion for people, process and fabulous customer service.

Creative Agency Operations Manager

Full-time role. Offices near Bath with remote working possible.

£30000 - £45000 per annum depending upon experience + + Competitive Rewards Package

We need an experienced operations manager to play an instrumental part in the day-to-day smooth-running of our company. You will co-ordinate our busy project roster and assist the project teams in delivering great results for our clients. You will be key to maintaining best practice across our organisation both internally and with all our key client relationships. You will be a naturally confident communicator with a passion for people, process and fabulous customer service.

 

Responsibilities will include

  • Accountable for managing delivery, planning and providing support to our project teams
  • Ensuring a high-level of customer service and quality control is delivered
  • Managing key relationships with global clients and our suppliers
  • Setting up new projects, allocating staff time and budgets, issuing estimates, invoices and obtaining purchase orders
  • Running morning team huddles, adjusting schedules with changing priorities
  • Liaising with client finance teams, our accountants and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the financial side of our business
  • Assisting with HR enquiries
  • Executive PA to MD

 

Requirements — Essential

  • Dynamic and confident with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Ability to balance numerous projects and priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented and methodical
  • Strong knowledge of overall business operations
  • Intermediate MS Office365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Requirements — Preferred

  • Previous agency experience
  • Experience with WorkFlowMax, ProWorkFlow or similar project management workflow systems
  • Print project specification and management
  • Experience using Xero (or similar, ie: Quickbooks Online)
