An opportunity has arisen within our long established, compact marketing and design company for an experienced account manager to join us for 3 days per week.
Most of our work is in the traditional areas of print literature/packaging/point-of-sale/large format display together with some website design and development. We have extensive expertise in the Food & Drink sectors.
What will the role entail?
Liaising with clients, providing support and updates on the delivery of various projects including managing expectations on budgets, timeframes and artwork approval.
Building a solid and sustainable relationship with each client and ensuring regular communication.
Negotiation and production management of third party suppliers as well as briefing and managing studio time and resources effectively.
Producing quotations and invoices and managing the trade creditor account list.
Assisting with new business when time allows.
The ideal candidate will have experience in most of the areas we work in and be confident in working under pressure at times and having the ability to prioritise the work schedule accordingly.
To summarise. Organisation and communication skills and an eye for detail are essential. A positive attitude is also important in a smaller company to contribute to an enjoyable working atmosphere.
Salary is by negotiation and will reflect appropriate experience.
