Kilter is looking for new board members!
We create bespoke theatre, public engagement and community arts projects and events in a range of settings. We are growing and adapting all the time - the arts/theatre world is very different to when Kilter first began making work in 2006. The Board that has grown with the company is friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working, and we have learned a lot together. However, we now have the opportunity to acquire new skills and energies to reflect our identity and ambitions, and we are excited to be looking for exceptional people to help carry Kilter forward.

We would like as broad a range of people as is practical. We make work with a wide range of artists for audiences of every shape and size. Therefore we are keen to welcome applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, disability or sexual orientation. You don’t need to have an arts background (in fact it can be quite helpful if you don’t).
There are some skills that we are particularly looking to bring to the table but do not feel that a lack of any of the following disqualifies you from consideration…
Marketing
Press
Branding
Profile Raising
Fundraising
Corporate Sponsorship
Company Development
Volunteer Co-ordination
Legal Guidance
Digital Technology skills
Local knowledge & networks
